San Antonio Laser is simply the best in the business when it comes to quality and support. We want to make it easy for you to feel comfortable with your purchase of our laser systems and we stand by the high quality of our machines.

We want you as our customer to be 100% satisfied. San Antonio Laser guarantees you a 30-Day Return window (beginning the date of receipt) so that you have time to evaluate your laser solution and know that you made the right decision.

Within thirty (30) days and for any reason, you may exercise your right to return or exchange your undamaged purchase. A refund or exchange will be issued once the machine has been returned in its original condition and with all associated parts. Returned items are subject to a Fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Leased equipment can be exchanged but not refunded.

For your convenience we advise you to keep the original crate and packaging for possible return. Refunds exclude any shipping or handling costs without exception. Any non-returned accessories will be deducted from the refund. The shipping & handling fee originally charged will be used as the basis for the non-refundable shipping fees. Please us call prior to shipping a return for confirmation.

Return of non-defective product policy:

A non-defective product may be returned to San Antonio Laser within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price with the following amendments/fees:

  1. San Antonio Laser will refund neither the original shipping cost nor the shipping and handling fees incurred from the return. If the original purchase was made under a “Free Shipping” promotion then a standard $750 fee for machines will be deducted from any return in counter to that offer.
  2. No refund will be granted for installation or training costs.
  3. All Returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. The percentage is taken from the final purchase price less any shipping or handling charges.
  4. Due to the underwriters leasing terms, we are unable to issue refunds for equipment leased but, can issue an exchange.
  5. To initiate the return of any product, clients must email or call our Customer Service Department prior to shipping to obtain approval. Due to freight costs we will not accept any un-approved returned shipments.
